You need to have at least a call to go through all the details of the print. It is best to have a video call or an on-site consultation. Talk about the location of the print, what type of wall will be printed, the size of the print, accessibility and obsticles to the wall, what type of image, where you will get the image, pricing, and timeline.

Lock down pricing and a schedule of  when the print will happen. Standard sized prints usual take 2-6 hours.A deposit of 30% - 50% should be required to schedule the print. The rest of the payment is due on the day of the print.

Recomended that the deposit can be refunded if cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date. If scheduled date is refunded within the two week timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.

Day of the print. Arrive at the the print site. First you will assess the site again to ensure the site is free from obsticles. You will ensure the wall is cleaned and prepped. You will then set-up the printer and start the print. At the end, you will ensure the customer is satisfied with the print. You will clean up and pack the printer. Final payment will take place.

Clean the printer, tooling, and storage off-site.
